I'm a small house, teeny stairway, east-ender too and am coming to the conclusion that an ikea karlstad sectional is all that will go fit down our stairs...wondering how you think yours has lasted?? It's so economical I'm worried it will fall apart with kids, but my alternative is custom. Thanks!!
